Laundry#

• The guest books one pickup, nothing to count, with an optional note.
• The pickup appears on the Orders page under Waiting. Confirm accepts it; Reject tells the guest, and nothing is charged.
• A flat price per pickup goes on the room bill like an order. When the hotel handles payment, Foyer only tells housekeeping and the hotel settles with the guest. A free pickup charges nothing.
• Pickup and return are handled by the hotel, without separate dashboard tracking.

Reservations#

• Table, spa, pool and event requests.
• Staff Confirm or Reject; the guest is told either way.
• A reservation waiting for an answer counts in the Orders badge in the sidebar until someone decides.
