How offers work
You set them and their price range, Phil times them, the guest accepts, your team confirms.
- Management creates offers (late checkout, upgrades, dining perks) with a price or as a courtesy, and sets the floor and ceiling every price must stay inside.
- Phil shows the right offer at the right moment: a late checkout on the last night, a table when the guest mentions dinner.
- The guest accepts the offer in the app. Nothing is theirs yet.
- Team leads and managers confirm or reject on the Offers page or the staff Telegram card; the front desk decides stay changes, such as late checkout and early check-in, on the Orders page. The guest is told either way.
- A confirmed priced offer opens a room charge. Items that are not delivered to the door (late checkout, upgrades) need the guest to pass a code first where codes are on, or the desk confirms with the guest.
Offers page#
- The record of every accepted offer: who, what, value, decision and time.
- Totals show what has been charged to rooms and what is still waiting for a decision.
- Observation mode: Phil computes offers but sends nothing.
