Revenue

Revenue shows the money that reached guests' room bills in the chosen period, split by source, with the list of charges behind the total. The page is read-only.

Who can use it#

• Managers and admins with the Revenue page.
• On the Core plan the page shows that revenue tracking is part of the Revenue plan.

What the page shows#

• Revenue: room charges on the bill in the period, after reversals.
• Charges on the bill: how many charges, and the average charge.
• A notice when confirmed charges have not reached the bill yet. That amount is shown but never added to the total; the Room charges link opens the Orders page to post it.
• Charges in another currency are listed apart and left out of the total.
• By source: room service, laundry and offers.
• The Revenue chart by hotel day.
• Room charges on the bill: each charge with its room, time and amount, newest first. Filter by source, or search by room or guest name.

The total counts every charge in the period. The table below it may show only part of a very long list; it says so when it does.

Read last month's figure

1. Choose Last 30 days at the top of the page.
2. Read the Revenue figure.

Find one charge

1. Type the room number or the guest's first name in Search.
2. Or pick a source to narrow the list.
