Signing in

Staff sign in with their mobile number and a one-time code. Registration, access keys and how long a session lasts.

There are no passwords. Teammates sign in at foyerintelligence.com/staff with their mobile number and a code we text them.

Sign in with your phone#

  1. Choose your country and enter your mobile number.
  2. Press Send code.
  3. Type the one-time code and press Sign in. The code works for 10 minutes; Send a new code is available after 30 seconds.
  4. A number used at two hotels asks which hotel to open.

Register#

  1. Open the registration link your manager sent, or press New here? Register and type the registration key (it starts with FOYER-).
  2. Enter your first name, last name and mobile number.
  3. Type the code we text you and press Finish and sign in.

A registration link or key works once, for one person, for 7 days. A New phone link from your manager works the same way and moves your account to the new number.

Access keys#

Access keys from before phone sign-in (they start with PHIL-) still work under Use an access key. After a key sign-in, the dashboard asks you to add your phone.

Sessions#

  • A session belongs to the browser that signed in. Opened in another browser, it is signed out.
  • Every session ends after 12 hours without use.
  • Without Keep me signed in, a session ends after 12 hours or when the browser closes. Leave it off on a shared computer.
  • With Keep me signed in, a session lasts up to 7 days.
  • Every staff action is recorded with the person's name.
